We're not just the best in Atlanta-- we're the best anywhere.
We teach individuals and groups: weddings, corporate events, competition dancers or just a few friends who want to learn during a dinner party. We can match any vibe and we'll deliver a good time wherever we're hired.
We bring any equipment we need at no extra cost. Whether we're teaching in a livingroom or a stadium we have the equipment on-hand and ready.
--Pricing--
$150 an hour; or $200 for 90 minutes.
Plus travel expenses.
Whether we're teaching 1 person or 100, the price is the same.
Whether the client is a company or individuals, the price is the same.
No hidden fees, everything is included.
F.A.Q
What is the ideal class size?
We've taught classes of 1 and we've taught classes of 300. They are both easy for us.
There is not an ideal class size, but there is an ideal class ratio of leads and follows.
It's better to have an even number of leads and follows. Men gravitate towards being leads and women gravitate towards being follows usually.
What do travel expenses usually include?
Depends where you are.
If you live inside Atlanta, it's free.
If you are an hour or more drive from Atlanta, we charge you for a tank of gas for our teachers car.
If you are in another state, we charge for airfare, hotel, and ubers.
Do you have experience teaching kids?
Yep!
We love teaching kids, but we prefer to teach them when they are about eight years or older. Younger than that requires a great deal of patience.
What dances do you teach?
This depends on the instructor we send. We select the right instructor based on what the client envisions for the lesson. If they want competition level ballroom instruction we will send a different instructor than if they want just a fun cocktail mixer.
Here are the dances we know and commonly pull from: Cha Cha, Waltz, Rumba, Zouk, American Tango, East Coast Swing, Foxtrot, Bolero, Kizomba, Viennese Waltz, Mambo, West Coast Swing, Merengue, Paso Doble, Salsa, Bachata, Hustle, Lindy Hop, Samba, Jive, Charleston, Balboa, Blues, Shag, Quickstep, Argentine Tango, Polka, Contra Dance, Fusion, and a few others that we cannot think of off the top of our heads.
Do I have to specify what dance to teach or can you decide for me?
We're happy to decide for you. Just tell us as much as you envision for your event and we'll provide you with suggestions to help take care of the details.
Is it better to have the lesson at my location or at a dance studio?
It depends, just know that both options are on the table.
We usually do not send instructors to homes if it is a one-on-one lesson, that's about the only guideline we follow.
About Reframed Dance...
REFRAMED is a community for Atlantans who like to dance. We offer weekly lessons that focus on dancing with people, not performing or competing, and then we go out as a group on the weekends to places with good dancing and atmosphere. Sometimes (read: often) we throw our own parties.
